The Context
Izidok is a web-based HIMS (Healthcare Information Management System) and SaaS platform designed to support the daily operations of independent doctors, clinics, and midwives. The platform brings healthcare processes into one digital experience, from patient records and medical operations to inventory and payments.
The Problem
Many healthcare processes were still handled manually, making medical records harder to manage, medication stock difficult to track, and patient queues longer and less efficient.
The Solution
Izidok digitizes these processes into one simple and connected platform. From medical records and medication inventory to patient queues and payments, the experience is designed to make everyday healthcare operations easier to manage.
