Iziklaim is a web-based claims platform used to support insurance claim processes between insurers and healthcare providers. The project focused on redesigning its existing interface into a clearer, more structured, and more modern experience.

The existing interface worked, but the experience could be clearer.

The existing interface contained dense information and a crowded navigation structure, making it harder for users to quickly identify priorities, find key sections, and scan important information efficiently.

I redesigned the interface with clearer navigation, improved information hierarchy, and a more structured layout to make the overall experience easier to understand and use.
